摘要
利用现蕾期有较大差异的2个茎瘤芥自交系作为亲本配制了1个杂交组合,应用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分离分析方法对其衍生后代家系群体P1、P2、F1、B1、B2、F2现蕾期进行了分析。结果表明:杂交组合y154×b145的现蕾期受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因控制,主基因遗传率在B1、B2、F2分别为47.22%、37.95%和46.45%;现蕾期改良时要有效地利用主基因,宜在中高世代选择。
One hybridized combinations between 2 self lines as parents with different budding period were used to analyze the inheritance of budding period in their progeny family groups P1,P2,F1,B1,B2 and F2by utilizing the method of joint segregation of major genes plus polygenes. The results showed that budding period in the cross of y145 × b145 was controlled by two major genes with additive-dominant-epistatic effects. The heritability of the major gene was 47. 22 % in B1 generation,37. 95 % in B2 generation,and 46. 45 % in F2 generation.The major gene effects was important and should be utilized effectively in the breeding program. The improvement of budding period trait should be selected in middle and high generation.
