摘要
通过对电炉炼钢过程中不同条件、不同时期气体样进行分析,研究了电炉铁水配比、VD真空保持时间等工艺参数对钢液中氮含量变化的影响。实践表明电炉出钢氮含量随铁水配比的增加而降低,但当铁水配比大于40%后,出钢氮含量可控制在(35-67)×10^-6;20 min与15 min的真空保持时间相比,脱氮率可提高15%以上。
By analyzing the gas sample under different conditions and at different periods during EAF steelmaking,the article studies the effect of process parameters such as hot metal proportion in EAF charge and VD vacuum holding time on variation of Nitrogen content in molten steel. The practice shows that the Nitrogen content during EAF tapping descends with the decrease of hot metal proportion in furnace charge,but when the hot metal proportion is over40%,the Nitrogen content during tapping can be controlled to a range of( 35 - 67) × 10^- 6. With comparison with a vacuum holding time of 15 min,the denitrogenization rate at the vaccum holding time of 20 min is increased by 15%and more.
