摘要
针对高速转子动态参数的在线测量问题,整理和分析目前主要采用的非接触测试手段,详尽列举了各种方法的原理、优点及所存在的局限性;介绍了一种先进的激光多普勒轮廓传感技术,该技术仅需要一个微小的光学探头,即可同步实现高速转子多个关键参数的综合获取,具有精度高、响应速度快、环境适应能力强等优点,在工业产品加工质量控制、转子动平衡测试、回转轴安装精度检测等领域具有很高的应用价值。
This paper is focused on the online measurement techniques for dynamic parameters of high-rate rotors,and the principle,advantages and drawbacks of them are described. Then,an excellent method based on laser Doppler profile sensor is present,which makes it possible to acquire almost all the critical parameters of high-rate rotors simultaneously with an only compact optical probe. Laser Doppler profile sensor has the advantages as high accuracy,quick response and high reliability,and could be widely used for machining process control,dynamic balance measurement,misalignment of rotation axis and so on.
