摘要
论述了一级轻气炮加载实验测试系统用于研究微秒量级炸药安全性的可行性、实验原理、实验方法、数据采集及处理等问题。以某模拟炸药为例,用本测试系统对其开展了发射安全性实验研究,并与铸装B炸药和压装B炸药的大型落锤加载装置的实验结果进行了对比。结果表明,一级轻气炮加载实验测试系统研究微秒量级炸药安全性的实验方法能够实现对炸药装药撞击起爆基本现象的定性、定量观测与表征。
Introduction is given on the feasibility,principles,methods,data acquisition and processing of one-stage light gas gun loading experiment system for launch safety of explosives. We took some simulative explosive as an example to do experimental studies by this loading experiment system,and compared the experimental data with results of drop hammer experiment for B explosives( cast and pressed). Results show that the basic phenomena could be observed in microsecond scale by one-stage light gas gun loading experiment system about the impact ignition of explosive charges.
