摘要
以振动压路机为例,对振动压路机压实过程建立了三自由度线性动力学方程,分别运用欧拉数值积分法和频域分析法进行了仿真.仿真结果显示,两种方法计算出的压路机系统响应结果一致.数值积分法所得的系统响应包含瞬态响应和稳态响应,计算时间长,对初始条件要求严格;而频域分析法得到的系统响应只有稳态响应,计算时间短,但对采样频率有一定的要求.
A three degree of freedom linear dynamic equation is established on basis of vibrating roller compacting process.And the equation is simulated by Euler numerical integration and frequency domain analysis.Results show that vibration responses are the same.The system responses from direct numerical integration contains transient and steady state response.This calculation is time consuming and sensitive to initial conditions.However,the response from frequency domain analysis has steady response only.The calculation takes less time but much sampling frequency.
