高等师范院校教师教育课程改革探究——基于《教师教育课程标准(试行)》

教师专业的国家标准是各级教师教育职前培养质量认证、评估与保障标准的"风向标"和"指南针"。为推动教师教育改革发展,规范和引领教师教育课程教学,培养高素质专业化教师,我国教育部制定了《教师教育课程标准(试行)》,以应对人才培养的新需求。教师教育课程教学是提高教师教育质量的关键环节,应严格依据《课程标准》进行深化改革:创新课程理念;突出实践能力的人才培养模式改革;重构凸显实践取向的课程体系;改革课程教学;规范实践性课程的实施。

The national standards for teachers is the indicator for pre-service teachers＇training quality,assessment and security standards.With the purpose of deepening the teacher education reform,standardizing and navigating the curriculum teaching,and training specialized teaching staff with top qualities,the Ministry of Education in China formulates the Teacher Education Curriculum Standards（trial）to meet the demands of training qualified personnel.The curriculum teaching,a key factor in raising the educational qualities,should be reformed in strict accordance with the the Curriculum Standardsto innovate the curriculum concept,to carry out the multi-tier modes of training teachers,to restructure the practice-oriented curriculum system,to reform course teaching and to standardize the implementation of practical curriculum.
