摘要 我国教师专业发展从政府、学校、专家控制教师的专业化标准、教师资格认证、教师继续教育、职务晋升和量化考评等外控范式,逐渐转向强调教师的人文素养和反思实践,重视教师的教学效能感,增强教师的学习力、教学研究意识和自我超越感等内控范式,使我国教师专业发展呈现出阶段性特征,也与国际教师专业发展的总体趋势相吻合。明确教师专业发展的基本趋势,有利于教师专业发展咨询机构为教师提供科学有效的专业发展咨询指导,也有利于教师的自主发展。 The professional development of teachers in our country shifts from the external control by government,school and specialists to internal self-control and academic autonomy.The former emphasizes teacher's professional standard,qualification identification, continuous education,promotion and quantitative assessment;while the latter emphasizes teachers'humanistic quality and reflective practice,paying attention to teaching efficacy,learning competency,research consciousness and self-transcendence.Teachers'professional development in China has distinctive characteristics at different stages,which is consistent with the overall trend of the international teachers'professional development.To make clear of the main trend of teachers'professional development is valuable for the advisory agency to provide scientific and effective professional development guidance for teachers,and for teachers themselves to develop autonomously.
