基于“行为改进”,全面提高管理团队素养——丽水市莲都区“教学管理团队研修班”的实践与反思

摘要 改进学校教学管理,必须重视发挥教学管理的指导功能。加强对教学管理团队的研训是提升学校教学管理针对性、实效性、持续性的必然要求,也是改进学校管理的重要途径。丽水市莲都区教研室组织为期近两年的"教学管理团队研修班",旨在基于"行为改进",在行动中改进,在改进中提高,积极推动全区校本管理,全面提高学校管理团队的素养。这一活动在浙江省内外产生了一定的影响,并得到了较高评价。 In order to enhance school teaching administration,the mentoring function of teaching administration should be maximized.The research and training on teaching administration team need to be strengthened specifically,effectively,and continuously,which will also contribute to the improvement on school administration.Liandu District Teaching and Research Office has organized a two-year training class for teaching administration team, which aims to improve teaching administration behaviors,enhance school-based management throughout Liandu District and upgrade the qualification of administrators. This training has exerted a great influence on teaching administration inside and outside Zhejiang Province and has been highly evaluated.
