摘要 自六所部属师范大学招收免费师范生以来,教师教育本土化趋势日益增强,具有区域特色的教师教育形式纷纷涌现,教师教育改革呈现区域突破的特质:幼儿教师培养"自成体系";地方院校免费师范生教育"相继崛起";农村地区教师发展"深受重视"。为推进整体教师教育改革与发展,应从以下四方面着手:高水平院校应承担幼师培训重任、在更多地方师范院校实行免费师范生制度、试行教师定向培养机制、实行教育实验区。 Focused on the difficulties and hot issues of teacher education and the spread typical and initiative experience of various regions,nowadays the reform and development of teacher education has been paid more and more attention to.Since the six normal universities which are affiliated to the Ministry of Education recruited students for free teacher education,the localization of teacher education has been promoted and various forms of teacher education with regional characteristics have sprung up.Teacher education reform present regional breakthrough traits:preschool teachers training"establishes its own system ",free normal education of local colleges and universities"rises successively",teacher development in rural areas attracts great attention.To promote the overall reform and development of teacher education,we can do it from the following four aspects:high levels of colleges and universities should take preschool teachers' training task,more local normal colleges shall promote free education system,we can also try out directional training mechanism and carry out teacher education experimental area.
