摘要 我国幼儿教育信息化起步较晚,目前仍处于初期发展阶段,但因其势不可挡的发展趋势而愈来愈受重视,传统意义上的幼儿教师能力已无法适应新时代的需求,转型迫在眉睫。当今世界范围流行的信息技术与教学实践整合——TPACK框架对幼儿教师的能力提出五点新要求:有信息化时代的教育理念和意识;有多领域知识整合应用的能力;有理解并整合有效技术进行系统化教学设计的能力;在整合技术的教学过程中,能够有效使用教学和管理策略;有评价、反思和发展的能力。本文在此基础上就如何发展幼儿教师能力提出了一些可行性建议。 Early childhood education informatization in China startes relatively late,which is still in the early stages of development now,but the inevitable trend of the development has called more and more attention.The traditional ability of kindergarten teachers have been unable to adapt to the new requirements of the times.Thus the transformation is imminent.This article,combined with new forms of information technology and teaching practice-TPACK framework,puts forward five new requirements to kindergarten teachers:the new education concept and consciousness in this information age;the ability to integrate and apply the multidisciplinary knowledge;the ability to understand and integrate effective technology for systematic instructional design;effective use of teaching and management strategy in the process of integration technology of teaching;the ability of evaluation,reflection and development.On this basis,the article finally puts forward some practical suggestions on how to promote the development of kindergarten teachers' ability.
