摘要
以高职院校教学秘书作为研究对象,分析教学秘书工作的性质、特点和需求表现,归纳能够促进工作积极性和提高工作效率的激励因素,为构建高职院校教学秘书激励机制的研究奠定基础。
In this paper, teaching secretaries in the vocational colleges are the object of the study. Based on the analysis of the nature, characteristics and needs of the teaching secretary' s work, this paper identifies the incentive factors which can promote the work enthusiasm and improve the work efficiency. It is expected to lay the foundation for the establishment of teaching secretary's incentive mechanism.
