摘要
针对高职院校数学课程教学面临的现状,提出了基于"人本主义"的高职数学课程教学理念,探讨了基于"人本主义"的高职数学课程教学模式与教学方法:教师需转变观念,提高业务素质和教学艺术;创设情境,提高学生课堂参与度;增加对学生的情感投入;考核评价方式多元化等等。
In response to the challenges faced by the teachers of mathematics course in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward a teaching mode and some pedagogical ideas based on humanism. It suggests that teachers change their pedagogical conception and try to improve professional quality and teaching skills. It also holds that it is important for teachers to create proper learning situation to involve more students in classroom activities, give more attention to students and use diversified methods to assess students' performance.
