摘要
目前,高职院校的教师评价体系设计、实施、改革仍处于摸索阶段,尚未形成完善的评价体系,亟需构建一套能够体现高职院校办学特色,并能够促进教师和学校协调发展的教师评价体系。
At present,the design,implementation and reform of teacher evaluation system in higher vocational colleges are still in the exploratory stage. The teacher evaluation system has not yet formed the perfect one,urgently needing to establish a set of teacher evaluation system which can embody the characteristics of vocational colleges,and can promote the coordinated development of the teachers and the college.
