摘要
针对目前企业转向招聘兼职员工,降低成本创造更多价值的现状,提出设计兼职企业员工信息管理系统方案,以帮助企业达到员工管理办公自动化、节约管理成本、提高企业工作效率的目的,将系统划分为招聘管理、员工信息管理、考核管理、离职管理、薪酬管理五个模块。
Aiming at the current situation that enterprise turns to recruit part- time employees to reduce costs and create more value,the author puts forward the design of part- time employee information management system to help companies achieve staff management office automation,save the cost of management,improve enterprise efficiency. The system is divided into the recruitment management,employee information management,assessment management,leave management,salary management,altogether 5 modules
