资源型城市唐山低碳经济发展问题研究——以发展绿色信贷推进经济产业转型

The Research of Low Carbon Economy Development of Resource-Based City Tangshan——To Develop Green Credit to Promote Economic Industry Transformation

资源型城市"深入贯彻落实科学发展观",转变以往依靠透支环境和能源的粗放发展模式,加强生态环境保护和能源资源节约,促进经济可持续发展,走低碳化的经济发展道路是明智之举。文章以河北省资源型城市唐山市为例展开研究,在对当前唐山市绿色信贷实施过程中存在问题进行分析的基础之上,探究唐山市银行如何做到经济责任与社会责任的统一,使得绿色信贷成为唐山市发展低碳经济的有效模式,加快促进资源型地区经济产业转型。

To ＂ further implement scientific outlook on development＂,changing the past extensive development mode relying on overdrawing environment and energy,strengthening ecological environmental protection and energy conservation of resources,promoting the sustainable development of economy,low carbon economy development road is the right thing to do for the resource- based city. This article,taking the resource- based city Tangshan of Hebei province as a case to study,on the basis of analysis of the current problems of Tangshan city green credit in implementation,the author tries to find the way how Tangshan city banks achieve the unification of economic and social responsibilities,and make the green credit become the effective mode to develop low carbon economy in Tangshan city,speeding up the promotion of resource region economy transition.
