摘要
绩效考核是提升企业经济效益和管理人员整体素质的有效措施,文章对如何做好企业绩效考核工作,就解决实施企业绩效考核出现的问题,实施绩效考核的目的,实施绩效考核相对应的措施进行了探讨。企业的绩效考核不是一个孤立存在的企业管理方法,只有将绩效考核和其他的企业管理基础和方法结合起来,才能使其发挥效用。
Performance appraisal is the effective measure to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and the overall quality of management. This paper will discuss how to improve and solve related problems in performance appraisal of the enterprise,the purpose and the implementation measures of performance appraisal. Performance appraisal is not an isolated existence method of enterprise management,only combining with other enterprise management foundations and methods,can it work better.
