摘要
在分析核反应堆控制棒导向筒连续段组件外形结构、尺寸精度及焊接工艺的基础上,通过设计一套焊接夹具和规范焊接工艺来控制焊接变形。从而既能够保证连续段组件焊接后尺寸精度满足设计要求,又能够实现零件批量生产、质量保持稳定的目标。
On the basis of the analysis of the shape structure, dimension precision and welding process of reactor internals control rod guide tube continuous weldment, by designing a set of welding fixture and welding procedure specification to prevent welding deformation. So as to ensure dimensional accuracy of the continuous weldment after welding can meet the design requirements, and can archive the target of batch production with stable quality.
