摘要 电动汽车电池箱是动力电池的主要承载装置,一方面要容纳尽量多的锂电池模块,另一方面要与车体相连,在电动汽车行驶过程中受力状况非常复杂,在结构设计完成后对电池箱的力学性能进行仿真分析是必要的。运用Solidworks Simulation软件对初步设计的电池箱进行强度分析,来验证它是否达到所设定的条件,对薄弱环节更改设计,从而使电池箱整体满足车辆运行的工况要求。 The EV(electric vehicle) battery pack's shield box is usually used panel structure to load the battery pack, it's not only need to contain lithium battery modules as much as possible, but also need to fit the vehicle's body. Because of electric vehicle working condition is very complex. It's necessary to do simulation analysis about mechanical property after the structure design of shield box is finished. You can do strength analysis for primary design of battery pack by using Solidworks Simulation software, this method can be used to verify whether if the battery box can meet the setting request ,then we can change the design about weak point, so that shield box will satisfy the vehicle working request.
