摘要
针对ZDJ9转辙机在使用中出现的摩擦力变大甚至内外摩擦片锈蚀粘连造成电机堵转问题,从联接器结构、密封、摩擦片材料等方面,探讨解决方案。
During operation of ZDJ9 electric switch machine, if friction force becomes larger or inner and outer friction plates rust and adhere together, its motor will be stalled. In order to solve the problem of motor stalling, the paper discusses the solution from the aspects such as the structure of friction coupler, sealing and material of friction plate.
