全过程视角下基于AHP的大学生创业教育评价研究

Study of the college students' entrepreneurship education evaluation based on AHP from whole process perspective

大学生就业是国家就业工作的重点,而良好的创业教育则是大学生高质量就业的基础.文章在就业质量的视角下建立了大学生创业教育评价的指标体系,并采用AHP方法进行了评价.评价结果显示:当前我国的大学创业教育存在着社会过高估计高校创业教育效果,学生对创业教育存在认识误区,高校创业教育师资力量不足,教育投入欠缺,考评激励机制不完善,创业教育课程体系建设不够,创业教育支撑体系不健全等问题.针对上述问题,文章提供了相应的解决策略.

The issue of college students＇ employment is the priority of government work. High- quality employment is based on better entrepreneurship education. In high- quality employment perspective,the article tries to establish entrepreneurship education indicator system and evaluate by methods of AHP. Nowadays,some problems exist in college students entrepreneurship education,such as overestimation of the results of college entrepreneurship education,students＇ misunderstanding towards employment education,shortage of relevant teachers,insufficient input in employment education,imperfect inspiring mechanism,incomplete curriculum system and unsound employment education supporting system. Focusing on these problems,the paper provides appropriate solutions.
