摘要
根据《压水堆核电站防火设计和建造规则》RCC-I,本文对百万千瓦级压水堆核电厂火灾薄弱环节的的分析方法进行了研究。设计了火灾薄弱环节的分析流程;分析了可能导致共模失效的执行机构或传感器的4种类型;对符合准则d的潜在共模点进行了确认,保障火灾不会导致事故或超设计基准事故工况;对纯机械、机电、电气、贮油转动设备共模点制定了定量的火灾风险判定准则。在某核电厂十年安全评审(PSR)中利用该方法进行了防火安全分析。
According to the newest fire rules,the 1 000 MW PWR fire vulnerability analysis method is studied and applied. The paper analysis four kinds of actuator or sensor that may lead to common mode failure,which meets the criteria of potential common point are consistently identified as common point. To ensure that the fire will not led to the accident conditions and beyond design basis accident conditions. The measurable fire risk criteria are established for the pure mechanical,electrical,mechanical and electrical and oil storage rotating equipment. The method is used in a nuclear power plant periodic safety review.
