竖直管束外含空气蒸汽冷凝的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对竖直管束及单管的管外冷凝换热进行了实验研究,分析了管壁面过冷度、混合气体压力和不凝性气体含量对管束外冷凝传热性能的影响,对比了管束与单管的传热特性,给出了管束外冷凝传热系数的计算关联式。研究结果表明,管束的平均冷凝传热系数随过冷度的增大而减小,随混合气体压力的增大而增大,随不凝性气体质量分数的增加而减小。在混合气体高压力、低不凝性气体含量时管束的传热效果明显优于单管。关联式计算值与实验值误差范围小于±10%。 In this paper,experimental study has been conducted for the condensation heat transfer outside the vertical pipe bundle and single tube,the influence of mixed gas pressure,condensate depression of pipe walls,and content of non-condensable gas on the condensation heat transfer performance is analyzed,the heat transfer features of pipe bundle and single tube is compared and studied,and the calculation formula of condensation heat transfer coefficient outside the pipe bundle is given. According to the research results. The average condensation heat transfer coefficient of the pipe bundle decreases with increasing of condensate depression of pipe walls,increases with increasing of mixed gas pressure,and decreases with increasing of the mass fraction of the non-condensable gas. For the mixed gas with highpressure and low mass fraction of the non-condensable gas,the heat transfer effect of the pipe bundle is better than that of single tube. The deviation range between correlation formula calculating value and the experimental data is less than ±10%.
