摘要
主溜井放矿过程中矿石对溜井的冲击和磨损易造成溜井的变形、失稳和垮塌。为深入分析溜井的损伤机理,构建了溜井受矿石冲击的冲击损伤理论模型和受矿石摩擦的磨擦损伤理论模型。基于冲击损伤理论模型,运用MATLAB计算得到溜井受矿石冲击的冲量分布规律。通过空区激光探测系统(CMS)探测获取溜井三维信息并导入到SURPAC中生成三维可视化模型,准确获取了溜井垮塌区三维形态和实际边界。基于损伤分析和探测模型对溜井垮塌现状提出了修复方案。结果表明:通过溜井冲击损伤模型可定量计算得到溜井受冲击的区域冲量分布规律;通过探测获取的溜井垮塌区域与计算得到溜井受冲击的区域结果基本一致;溜井探测模型分析结果能支持溜井冲击损伤理论模型和摩擦损伤模型。
In the ore process of main chute, the impact and abrasion by ore may lead to the deformation, instability and collapse of chute.For an in-depth analysis on the damage mechanism of chute, theoretical models of impact damage and friction damage were established.Based on theoretical model of impact damage, the distribution law of impulse by impact of rock on chute was obtained by MATLAB calculation.The 3D information of chute was ob-tained by using of capacity monitoring system ( CMS) , and was imported into 3D software SURPAC to generate the 3D visualization model, and the 3D shape and practical boundary of chute collapsed area were accurately obtained. The rehabilitation program to the current status of chute collapse was put forward based on models of damage analy-sis and monitoring.The results showed that:1)The impulse distribution in impacted area of chute can be quantita-tively calculated through chute impact damage model;2 ) The chute collapsed area by monitoring is basically identi-cal with the calculation result.3) The impact damage theoretical model and friction damage theoretical model can be supported by the analysis results of chute monitoring model.
