摘要
妇科住院患者普遍经历疼痛体验，而疼痛控制状况并不是很理想。为了了解妇科住院患者在入院前、入院后、手术后的疼痛情况，以及医务人员对患者疼痛的控制和处理状况，本研究对成都市某医院妇科就诊的120名住院患者进行问卷调查，以期为后续对妇科患者的疼痛管理提供理论依据。
Gynecological hospitalized patients commonly experience pains, and the outcomes of pain management still need to be improved among hospitalized patients. Pain management education should be carried on further more. To understand the state of pain among gynecological hospitalized patients before admission, admission and after the operation, as well as the staffs＇ pain control and management conditions to the patients, a total of 120 gynecological hospitalized patients were investigated with the Visual Analogue Scales and a self- designed questionnaire, so as to find theoretical evidence for the pain management of patients.
