Concept and experience of medical air rescue in non-war military operation

回顾分析历次医疗救援工作,提出运用空中医疗救援的方式实现医疗资源的快速投放和伤病员的快速后送是合理化救援的最佳方法和选择。空中医疗救援是运用救援直升机实施立体医疗救援,除对伤病员进行基础生命支持与复苏,空中医疗救护空运后送外,还配置ICU与空中手术等功能,将抢救生命和后送贯穿于整个救治过程。

Through retrospectively analyzing of previous medical relief work, the author put forward that medical air rescue was the most reasonable way to realize fast delivery of medical resources and quick evacuation of patients. Multi-dimension helicopter medical aid was applied in medical air rescue, and basic life support and resuscitation, air medical rescue and evacuation were provided, as well as the ICU and air operation were allocated, aiming to save life and evacuate the wounded throughout the treatment process.
