摘要
免疫细胞对于人类生存至关重要,主要有免疫防御、免疫监视及免疫自稳三大功能。而脂质是人体内重要的储能及维持体温稳定的物质,主要有甘油三脂、胆固醇、磷脂酸、多不饱和脂肪酸及其代谢产物。随着人们对免疫细胞研究的不断深入,不仅对其功能及发育分化有了更深刻认识,也对各种免疫细胞内新陈代谢有了新了解。近年研究发现脂质代谢与机体免疫功能有着密切联系,现就脂质代谢对主要免疫细胞的影响及相互关系进行综述。
Immune cells play an important role in human existence, which they have mainly 3 functions including immune defenses, the immune surveillance and imnmnological homeostasis in human body. And lipid is the important energy storage material in human body and it can maintain the temperature stability of human being, lipid has all kinds of the classification, the major of classification is triglycerides, cholesterol and lecithin acid and their metabolites. As people have the in-depth study of immune cells, not only we have more profound understanding for the purpose of cell differentiation and development, but also have a new perspective of various immunocyte metabolisms. Recently, it is found that lipid metabolism is closely related with the body's immune function. Therefore, the relationship between main immune cells and lipid metabolism, and the effects of lipid metabolism on immune cells will be reviewed simply in this paper.
