摘要
开展教育现代化监测评价是贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》教育部启动实施的一个重大项目。借助教育现代化指标体系及其监测评价机制推进我国教育现代化发展,需要用与现代化相匹配的先进理念来引导和加强实施体制机制的建设,用体现先进治理理念、法治思维的制度为推进教育现代化保驾护航。
The monitoring and evaluation of education modernization is a major project launched by Chinese Ministry of Education to implement ＂the outline of the national medium-and long-term program for education reform and development＂. With the development of educational modernization index system and its monitoring and evaluation mechanism to promote china＇s education modernization, we need to use advanced concepts to guide and strengthen the construction of system and mechanism; and to use the system of advanced governance and law principle.
