摘要
在城镇化背景下,出现了农村人口大量外流、乡村学校大量撤并的趋势,学术界也出现了"乡村教育现代化的过程就是让乡村学校全部进城、消灭农村教育的过程"的声音。那么,我们还需不需要乡村教育的现代化?需要什么样的乡村教育现代化?怎样才能实现乡村教育的现代化?对此三问,本文从逆城市化潮流、新型工业革命、中华文化复兴、维护粮食安全的高度提出实现乡村教育现代化的战略意义,反思了乡村教育城化论观点,倡导"积极过程主义的教育现代化"实践观,并进行了乡村教育现代化试验。
As the population has drifted away from rural areas and a great number of rural schools have been consolidated against the background of urbanization, which makes academic circles arise the statement that the modernization of rural education is equal to elimination of rural school and rural education. If so, do rural education modernization needed? If it were, what kind of modernization is demanded? And then, how it can be come true? About these, the paper put forwards the great strategic importance of realizing the modernization of rural education, rethinks the opinion that urbanism of rural education from the analysis of the counter-urbanization, new industrial revolution, Chinese cultural renaissance and food safety preservation. Afterwards, The author argues for a practice view named "positive process for the modernization of education" and introduces the experience of modernization of rural education as well.
