松潘地产大黄及其种植土壤有机氯农残和重金属分析

Determination of Residues of Organochlorine and Heavy Metal Pesticides in Songpan Property Rhubarb and its Planting Soil

目的对松潘地产三种大黄药材及对应的种植土壤中9种有机氯农残和药材中铅、镉、汞、铜、砷含量进行测定与分析,从农残及重金属含量的角度评价该地区大黄药材的安全性,并从重金属污染的角度分析土壤对大黄药材的影响。方法农残分析采用混合溶剂提取、采取磺化法净化样品,DB-1701弹性石英毛细管柱程序升温分离,63Ni-ECD检测器检测,外标法定量;重金属分析采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测。结果所有大黄样品在重金属和农残含量均符合《药用植物及其制剂进出口绿色行业标准》。松潘大黄种植基地土壤污染等级属安全级,污染水平属清洁级。结论从农残及重金属含量的角度来推断松潘地产大黄作为药用较为安全。

Objective The content of 9 kinds of organochlorine pesticides and Pb,Cd,Hg,Cu,As in three kinds of Rhubarbs planted in Songpan area and the soil which they planted in were determined .To evaluate the safety of Rhubarb medicinal materials in the region. From the perspective of the content of heavy metals and pesticide residues and analysis of the effect of soil on rhubarb medicinal materials. Methods Organochlorinepesticides： the samples were tracted with mixed solvent, the next racted by ultrasonic device and purified with sulfuric acid. Separtion was accomplished with heated DB-1701 fused-silicacapillary Column with 63Ni-ECD. The external standard was used.Heavy metal： Samples were digested with dry ash method and and determined by ICP-MS. Results The content of the above five kinds of heavy metals and pesticides are met the requirements of the ermissible limits of Green Trade Standards of Importing and Exporting Medicinal Plants and Preparations. Conclcusions From the point view of the content of heavy metals and pesticide residues, we can judge that the Rhubarb planted in Songpan area are safe as medicinal use o
