摘要
目的通过测定安徽南陵牡丹皮中3种药效成分的含量变化,确定牡丹皮的最优贮藏方法及贮藏期,为牡丹皮GAP生产提供依据。方法采用HPLC法,以甲醇∶乙腈(1∶1)-0.5‰甲酸溶液为流动相;检测波长为265 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果药效成分的含量随贮藏时间的增加而减少;密封包装对抗同贮优于单纯密封,散装贮藏效果最差。结论与泽泻对抗同贮有利于牡丹皮药材的保存;密封包装对牡丹皮成分影响较小,优于散装;该法简便,精密度、重现性好,可作为同时测定牡丹皮中多种化学成分的检测标准,为有效地控制丹皮的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective To determine the optimal storage methods and periods of Moutan Cortex, the content changes of the three pharmacodynamic components in Moutan Cortex from different storage periods was tested by HPLC to provide the basis for GAP. Methods A Hedera ODS-2 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) was used with a mixture of methanol: acetonitrile (1:1)- 0.5%o methanoic acid as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The detective wave length was 265 nm. Results Drug ingredient contents decreased with the increase of the storage time. Sealed package with Ze xie was superior to individually sealed package. Bulk packaging storage was the worst. Conclusion Sealed package with Ze xie is conducive to the preservation of Moutan Cortex. The method is simple, precise and repeatable; meanwhile it can be the standard for determining pharmacodynamic components, and provides the scientific reference to effectively control the internal quality of Moutan Cortex.
