“强志方”总皂苷提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Process of Total Saponins from “Qiangzhi Fang”

目的优选"强志方"中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验法考察了三七的前处理方法,采用正交实验优选三七和黄芪的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取方法为三七粉碎成最粗粉加5倍量60%乙醇浸泡过夜,回流提取1h,滤过,药渣加入黄芪加5倍量60%乙醇回流提取二次,每次1h。结论优选出的提取工艺简单、稳定、可靠,可用于工业化生产。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of total saponins from “Qiangzhi Fang”. Methods Using the single and orthogonal experiments to determine the best conditions of total saponins from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus.Results The best extraction technology was as follows： Panax notoginseng was crushed into the coarse powder, adding 5 times amount of 60% alcohol to soak overnight, reflux extracting for 1 hour and then filtrating. Astragalus was added to drug residue and then adding 5 times of 60% ethanol to reflux for two times, each time 1 hour. Conclusion This reparation method is simple, stable and reliable ,which could be applied to industrial production.
