摘要
目的建立青蒿酿液中青蒿素的含量测定方法。方法将青蒿素对照品溶液和样品溶液通过衍生化后,用紫外分光光度计扫描并确定最大吸收波长,在最大吸收波建立青蒿素浓度-吸光度标准曲线,根据标准曲线测定青蒿素的含量。结果青蒿素长最大吸收波长为292nm,标准曲线方程为A=55.45C+0.01,r=0.999 7,线性范围为0.002 4mg^0.021 6mg,平均回收率为98.00%,RSD=2.04%。结论该方法操作简单,快速、准确。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of artemisinin in Artemisia annua brewing liquor. Methods Artemisinin reference solution and the sample solution through the derivatized ultraviolet spectrophotometer to determine the maximum absorption wavelength and to establish the maximum absorption wavelength in a concentration of artemisinin - absorbance of the standard curve, measured according to the standard curve of artemisinin content. Results Artemisinin has the maximum absorption wavelength at 292nm, the standard curve equation was A=55.45C+0.01,r=0.999 7, the linear range was 0.002 4~0.021 6mg, the average recovery was 98%, RSD=2.04%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, and accurate.
