芩玄清咽胶囊的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Qinxuan Qingyan Capsules

目的对芩玄清咽胶囊的薄层鉴别和含量测定进行研究。方法对处方中黄芩、连翘、栀子进行定性鉴别;采用UV-HPLC测定黄芩中黄芩苷含量。结果薄层色谱中均检出黄芩、连翘、栀子,且斑点清晰,阴性均无干扰,专属性强。黄芩苷在8.446~84.460μg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为1.81%。结论本实验建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为芩玄清咽胶囊的质量控制方法。

Objective To study the quality standard of Qinxuan Qingyan capsules. Methods Scutellaria ,Fructus forsythiae and Gardenia were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by UV-HPLC. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without imerference in the blank reference. The response of baicalin was linear in the ranges of 8.446～84.460μg·mL-1 （r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 101.5 % RSD = 1.81%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Qinxuan Qingyan Capsule.
