摘要
饮食文化类非物质文化遗产项目都有深厚的历史文化积淀,我们应在深入研究、发掘整理的基础上,保护好这些珍贵的历史遗产,让人们体会到更深厚的文化内涵。介绍了传统饮食文化类非物质文化遗产的发展现状及存在的问题和几种保护模式。为顺应环境,鼓励传统饮食文化类非物质文化遗产转型,只有实现现代化转型,使其贴近、适应现代生活,才能将其保护和传承。
The traditional diet culture as intangible cultural heritage has profound historical and cultural accumulation.We should protect this precious historical heritage on the basis of intensive study,excavating and arranging in order to let people realize more profound cultural connotation.The development status,existing problems and several protection mode of traditional diet culture are introduced in this paper.In order to adapt to environmental changes and encourage the transition of traditional diet culture,only achieve modernization transformation and make it close to and adapt to modern life,can we protect and heritage traditional diet culture.
