摘要
调味方式的改变是健康饮食的要素之一,低盐、低糖的清淡饮食方式被现代医学普遍宣传,但清淡的口味特点很难适应普通人群的品味习惯;基于健康饮食目的,立足清淡饮食要求,努力探索出科学、健康并能被普遍接受的调味方式。
Creation of seasoning ways is one of the important factors of healthy diet.The healthy and light diet with low salt and sugar is recommended to people by modern medicine,but most of the people find it difficult to accept the light taste.This paper aims to develop scientific,healthy and generally accepted seasoning ways,which are benefit to people's health and meet the requirements of light diet.
