摘要
跨国技术转移与扩散对国家创新能力的作用日益明显。在理论分析的基础上,以中国为例,实证检验跨国技术转移和扩散与国家创新能力的相关关系。通过研究,得出如下结论:(1)跨国技术转移和扩散与国家创新能力是高度正相关的,加速跨国技术转移与扩散能够有效提升国家创新能力;(2)跨国技术转移与扩散的3个关键要素(国际贸易、外国直接投资、跨国研发机构嵌入)对国家创新能力的促进作用存在相互依赖关系;(3)跨国技术转移与扩散对国家创新能力的作用机理可以以国际贸易、外国直接投资和跨国研发机构嵌入3个要素予以解释,形成了"234"结构的9条提升路径。
Transnational technology transfer& diffusion plays a more visible role on the national innovation capability. On the basis of analyzing the function mechanism and the relationship between transnational technology transfer &diffusion and the national innovation capability theoretically, this paper takes an empirical test using China as the sample. According to the studies, we draw the following conclusions: (1) It is highly relevant between transnational technology transfer &diffusion and national innovation capability, so it can effectively improve the national innovation capability through accel- erating transnational technology transfer &diffusion; (2) They are interdependent on each other between the three key ele- ments of transnational technology transfer &diffusion (international trade, foreign direct investment, multinational R & D institutions embedding) in the role of national innovation capability promotion; (3) The function mechanism of transna- tional technology transfer &diffusion on national innovation capability can be explained by international trade, foreign direct investment and multinational R & D institutions embedding, which forms a " 234" structure of nine promotion paths.
