摘要
从技术创新活动的投入与产出两个角度,基于中国工业细分行业2004—2011年的面板数据实证分析我国自由贸易的技术创新效应。研究表明,自由贸易对我国工业行业的技术创新活动带来了正的影响,但这种影响效应表现出明显的行业异质性特征;自由贸易对技术创新的影响存在显著的阶段性差异,其对创新活动投入的影响远大于创新活动产出;自由贸易与研发投入和研发产出之间均呈现"倒U"型非线性关系,即随着自由贸易水平的提高,其对技术创新产出的影响有着先提高后降低的趋势,各细分行业也呈现出显著的异质门槛效应。
From the perspectives of R&D input and output, based on the panel data of China Industrial Sub - sectors from the year 2004 to 2011, this paper carries out the empirical analysis towards technological innovation effect of China' s free trade. The research indicates that the free trade has the positive effect on the industrial technology innovation activity, while this influential effect is featured by heterogeneity; The phased difference exists at the free trade' s effect on technological innovation, and its effect on technological innovation' s input is much greater than that of technological innovation' s output; There is the inverted " U" shaped non -linear relationship between free trade and R&D' s input & output, namely, with the improvement of free trade, its impact on technological innovation' s output trends to increase at first and decrease subsequently. Besides, each subdivision industry also presents obvious heterogeneous threshold effect.
