以企业为主体视角下的我国区域创新效率评价研究——基于30个省域面板数据

Assessment on Regional Innovation Efficiency in China from the Perspective of Enterprises Based on Panel Data in 30 Provinces and Districts

从以企业为技术创新中心主体的视角出发,首先对区域创新的运行过程进行分析,并试图建构一个基于该分析架构的两阶段网络DEA模型。之后采用我国30个省(区、市)的面板数据对区域创新分阶段及整体效率水平作实证测算。根据计算结果,最终给出相关结论及具针对性的政策建议。

Starting with the angle of the enterprise as the center of technological innovation, the paper firstly analyzes the operational process of regional innovation, and tries to construct a two stage DEA model based on the above analysis framework. Then the paper estimates and calculates the in - stages and overall efficiency level of regional innovation based on the panel data of 30 provinces. According to the results, some conclusion and suggestions are given accordingly.
