摘要 从知识创新与知识整合的关系入手论述知识整合是实现知识创新的关键环节,揭示知识整合是高校科研团队知识创新集体理性态势体现的内涵,并从团队成员的知识结构、团队的组织结构和团队的知识创新运行模式等方面剖析高校科研团队的特征。在上述理论分析的基础上,从知识整合任务、知识整合所需知识、知识整合参与人角色和知识整合模式等方面论述面向知识创新的高校科研团队内部知识整合的特征,最终从知识整合目标、知识整合过程、主体之间的知识整合关系、主体参与团队知识整合的意愿等方面论述面向知识创新的高校科研团队内部知识整合的内涵。 Based on the correlation between knowledge innovation and knowledge integration in the university scientific re- search team, it is presented that knowledge integration is a key procedure to carry out knowledge innovations, and the con- notation is revealed that knowledge integration embodies the collective rationality in the university scientific research team' s knowledge innovations. In addition, the features of the university scientific research team are analyzed, which include features of team members' knowledge structure, team' s organization structure, and team' s knowledge innovation conduc- ting models. Then the features of knowledge integration in the university scientific research team towards knowledge innova- tion are explored, which comprise of knowledge integration tasks, the knowledge needed in the knowledge integration process, the knowledge integration players' roles and knowledge integration models. According to the above analysis, the connotations of knowledge integration in the university scientific research team towards knowledge innovation are presented, consisting of knowledge integration goals, knowledge integration process, the relations among the knowledge integration players and their participating intentions.
