摘要
目的:为临床合理使用免疫抑制剂提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,从我院2010-2013年使用过免疫抑制剂的出院病历中,每年随机抽取400份,采用金额排序、用药频度(DDDs)排序、排序比等方法对其应用情况进行统计分析。结果:用药金额排序中注射用甲泼尼龙在其中3年均排序第1位;他克莫司胶囊及注射液、环孢素注射液及吗替麦考酚酯胶囊稳居前列。DDDs排序中泼尼松片及注射用甲泼尼龙4年均排在前3位,吗替麦考酚酯胶囊2013跃居至第3位。联合用药以二联为主,抗移植排异反应以三联用药为主。结论:我院免疫抑制剂应用基本合理,但还应该采取有效措施,严格掌握适应证,保证临床应用的安全性和有效性。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the rational application of immunodepressant. METHODS： By retrospective study, 400 medical records were collected from discharged medical records of immunodepressant in our hospital every year during 2010-2013, and then analyzed statistically with amount sorting, frequency of drug use, sorting ratio, etc. RESULTS： Methylpred- nisolone for injection took up the first place in the list of consumption sum in 3 years, and Tacrolimus capsule, Ciclosporin injec- tion and Mycophenolate capsule occupied the front place in the list of consumption sum. Prednisone tablet and Methylprednisolone for injection always occupied the first 3 place in the list of DDDs in 4 years, and Mycophenolate capsule leaped to the third place in 2013. Drug combination mainly was two-drug, and anti-transplant rejection reaction were mainly caused by three-drug. CON- CLUSIONS： The application of immunodepressant is reasonable basically in our hospital, but effective measures should be carried out and indications should be mastered to enhance the safety and efficacy.
