Design and Application of Emergency Plan Decision Support System for Urban Road Traffic Emergencies

市域道路交通紧急事件的快速准确响应已成为目前亟待解决的重要问题。本文针对市域道路交通紧急事件,采用基于案例推理的检索算法和电子地图技术,设计和实现了市域道路交通应急预案辅助决策系统,实现了对市域道路交通紧急事件中事故接报、应急预案生成、应急资源调度、事件归档等一系列流程的决策支持与数字化管理,从整体上提高了城市道路交通紧急事件的应急管理水平。

How to response quickly and accurately when the city traffic emergency occurs has become an important issue to be solved at present.To make a comprehensive decision support system for the city of road traffic emergencies,using case-based reasoning algorithms and electronic mapping technology to realize the accident report,emergency plan generation,emergency resource scheduling and event archiving.The emergency plan adaptive system improve the emergency management level of the urban road traffic emergency.
