摘要
发展现代职业教育的核心是产教融合、校企合作。作为职业教育人才培养的两大主主体,校企双方应该构建以软性内涵建设为核心的创新人才培养模式,实现从人才培养目标—人才培养方案—人才培养实施—人才培养输出的无缝链接,打造校企双赢的合作模式。
The core of the modern vocational education development is the fusion between industry and education,the cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises.As the two main bodies,the vocational schools and enterprises should build the creative talent development mode to realize the docking of talent development and create win-win cooperation mode between vocational schools and enterprises.
