The leadership change and plenary meeting of SAC/TC 298, Jewelry andjade, hosted by Ministry of Land and Resources of China （MLR） was held in Beijing from December 29 to 30, 2014. The Vice-Minister of MLR Wang Min and Chief Engineer of SAC Yin Minghan addressed the meeting.
