The State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） received the ＂Corporate Award＂ from the Standards Association of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers （IEEE-SA） for its outstanding corporate leadership and contribution to the standardization work of ultra-high voltage transmission technology at the annual awards ceremony of IEEE-SA on December 7, 2014 at the Palace at Som- erset Park in Somerset, N.J.
