摘要
针对冀东油田油井具有层系多,井深、井斜、高温高压、气油比高等特点,存在找水费用高、周期长、准确度低、卡堵水效果差及有效期短等问题,开发了压力指令开关找堵水及测试技术。该技术集找水、堵水、采油、测试于一体,先按照地面预先设定开关顺序逐层试采来找水,然后通过压力指令控制井下各开关器的开和关来实现分层采油,与此同时开关器内挂的压力仪实时监测并储存各油层的压力变化曲线。该技术目前在冀东油田现场应用14井次,下入井深达到3 876 m,最高气油比超过1 000,累计增油22 381 t,取得了明显的降水增油效果。
The feature like multiple layers, deep wellbore, high inclination, high temperature and pressure and high gas-oil ratio of wells in Jidong oilfield usually lead to issues like high cost, long cycle and low accuracy of water detection and poor water plugging results and short validity. To address the above issues, the water layer de- tecting, plugging and testing technology using pressure instruction control switch is developed. The technology in- tegrates water detection, water plugging, production and testing. Water detection could be achieved through layer- by-layer producing test according to the pre-set switching sequence on the ground. Then, separate layer producing could be gained through the switches controlled by the pressure-instruction. Meanwhile, the pressure meter in the switch could real-time monitor and store each layer' s pressure. The technology is currently applied in 14 wells in Ji- dong oilfield with the maximum operating depth of 3 876 m, the highest gas-oil ratio over 1000 and cumulative en- hanced oil production of 22 381 t, thus achieving a significant water reduction and oil production enhancement.
