超高压压裂泵液缸测试装置及试验方法 被引量:2

摘要 目前国内的测试装置只能满足105MPa以下压裂泵的整机测试与试验需要,对于105MPa以上超高压压裂泵的测试与试验,一方面配套设备很难满足要求,另一方面还有较高的安全风险。为此,研究了一种超高压压裂泵液缸测试装置及试验方法。压裂泵液缸测试装置适应环境温度-20~50℃,试验压力最高达207MPa,可为以后更高压力压裂泵提供检验方法;测试装置装有安全气控阀,确保整个系统压力不超过275MPa,气源压力0.7MPa,气源排量不超过1.6m/rain;气泵输入口增加安全溢流阀,使气压值不超过0.46MPa。压裂泵液缸测试过程中,压力大小可以手动调节和无级调节,操作简单,测量精确;可以对排出压力分段保压进行测试,加载压力与加载时间通过数据和曲线双重显示,并输出试验与测试结果。压裂泵液缸测试装置成套系统能宴王田平稳增乐稳宗保乐件用害今、稳宇、可靠。 Currently, domestic testing apparatus can be used only tor testing of fracturing pumps wltn pres- sures below 105 MPa. Trial operations and testing of super-high pressure fracturing pumps with pressures higher than 105 MPa may present high requirements for matching facilities and may also involve higher safety risks. Accordingly, measurement devices and testing methods for hydraulic cylinders of super-high pressure fractu- ring pumps have been developed. The newly developed testing devices can be used in surrounding temperatures at - 20 ~ 50℃ and with maximum testing pressure up to 207 MPa. These devices may provide solutions for testing of fracturing pumps with higher pressures in future. The testing devices are equipped with safety pneumatic control valve to maintain pressures of the entire system below 275 MPa, gas source pressure of 0. 7 MPa and to maintain source discharging rates below 1.6 m3/min. In addition, safety overflow valves are deployed at inlet of the gas pump to maintain gas pressures below 0. 46 MPa. During testing of hydraulic cylinders in fracturing pumps, pres- sures can be adjusted manually or in stepless way to ensure easiness in operation and measurement accuracy. The measurement system may perform tests by maintaining pressures in different sections during discharging. In addi- tion, loading pressures and loading time can be displayed be exported as well. The testing system is characterized by by using data and plots simultaneously. Test results can superior safety, stability and reliability features.
