摘要 文章在Matlab中搭建了太阳能电池板的仿真模型,分析了温度和光强对其输出特性的影响。阐述了传统电导法实现最大功率点跟踪控制的基本原理,基于此提出了一种新型变步长电导法,给出了其控制规则及流程图。利用所搭建的太阳能发电系统仿真模型,对传统电导法以及所提出的变步长电导法的性能进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明文章所提出方法的跟踪精度更高,稳态性能更好,对光强变化敏感度低,可有效实现对太阳能发电系统输出特性的优化。 In this paper, a simulation model of solar panel is built in Matlab, and the effects of temperature and light intensity on its output characteristics are analyzed. The basic principle of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) with traditional incremental conductance (IncCond) method is described, and on this basis a novel variable step IncCond method is proposed, and its control rules and flow chart are given. Based on the simulation model of solar power system, the performances of traditional IncCond method and proposed variable step IncCond method are com- pared. Simulation results show that the proposed method has higher tracking accuracy, better steady-state performance and low sensitivity to changes of illumination, and the output character- istics of the solar power system can be optimized effectively.
