摘要 风力制热的无污染特点使其具有巨大的开发前景,可用于供暖以减少燃煤消耗所带来的排污量。在风力制热供暖工程的可行性研究中,其经济性分析是项目决策科学化、提高经济效益的重要手段,因此研究风力制热供暖的经济性具有重要意义。文章介绍了风力制热技术的原理,并根据山西大同地区风能数据选定风力制热机型号,计算该台风力制热机提供的热量和相应的省煤量。通过对节省费用与投入成本进行比较显示,在目前不考虑环境因素的情况下所需投资回收期为17.39 a,考虑环境因素的投资回收期为15.94 a,说明目前排污费过低,建议政府为提倡清洁供暖提高排污费以缩短回收期。另外,假设其他条件不变,风功率密度由3级增加到4级可使回收期缩短到9.94 a。 As a clean technology, wind heating has great development prospects, it can decrease con- sumption of coal to reduce pollution discharge. When conducting a feasibility study of wind heating system works, its economic analysis is an important means of the project decision-making scientifically and improving economic efficiency. So it is necessary to study the economy of wind heating. After intro- ducing the principle of wind heating technology, the type of wind heating equipment is selected based on wind data of Shanxi Datong, the quantity of heat generated by the wind heating equipment is calcu- lated for determination of the quantity of coal saved. Finally a comparison between the cost savings and investment cost is proposed ,the results show that the payback period is 17.39 years without considering environmental factors and 15.94 years with considering environmental factors, which indicates that the current sewage charge is too low. In order to promote clean heating, the government should raise the sewage charges to shorten payback period. In addition, the wind power density increased from level 3 to level 4 also can shorten the payback period to 9.94 years when other conditions are same.
