钛合金微弧氧化工艺参数与陶瓷膜数学模型的建立及实验研究

摘要 建立钙磷电解液体系下微弧氧化工艺参数与陶瓷膜特性相关的数学模型,微弧氧化工艺参数(电源电压Um、电流密度J、占空比η、溶液电导率、阳极氧化膜气体介电常数等)与陶瓷膜表面形貌、厚度、电流响应有一定关系.在钙磷电解液体系下,通过实验考察电解液强电解质Na OH浓度对陶瓷膜特性的影响,测试电压模式下电流响应曲线.实验表明:电压模型下,陶瓷膜在40 s左右成膜;膜表面形貌受Na OH浓度影响较大;低浓度下模型模拟电流响应曲线与实验结果吻合性较好,可为钙磷电解液体系下确定适宜的Na OH浓度提供参考依据. The mathematical mode of micro-arc oxidation process parameters and ceramic coating in Ca/P electrolyte system has been established. The relationship between electrolyte parameters (power supply voltage Urn, current density J, duty ratio η, electrolyte conductivity and dielectric constant of anodic oxide gas) and the ceramic coating surface morphology, thickness and the response of current during the process have been explored experimentally.The influence of NaOH concentration on the characteristics of ceramic coatings and the response of current have been revealed in the calcium phosphate electrolyte system.The results show that ceramic coating can be filmed at 40 s under the constant voltage system.NaOH concentration has a greater impact on ceramic coating surface morphology.The analysis agrees with the experimental results in lower concentration, and the model pro- vides a theoretical basis for determining the appropriate concentration of NaOH in Ca/P electrolyte system.
