摘要 为了满足镁箔冷轧工艺特点的润滑需要,并适应日益严格的环保要求,研制出一种环境友好型镁箔冷轧油。根据模糊层次分析法(FAHP),有针对性地对环境友好型基础油、功能添加剂及全配方方案进行筛选评价。选用了聚α-烯烃、新多元醇酯与菜籽油复合而成的合成油为基础油,其具有良好的可生物降解性,且无毒。经过实验室理化性能分析及实际应用表明,所研制的冷轧油具有良好的润滑性、退火清净性、离水展着性等;可很好地满足镁箔在高速、高压冷轧工况下的使用要求。 The environment-friendly cold rolling oil for magnesium foil is developed, in or- der to meet the lubrication need of cold rolling process characteristics for magnesium foil and the increasingly stringent requirement of environmental protection. The base oil, additives and formula schemes are purposefully selected and predicted according to the Fuzzy Analytic Hi- erarchy Process. The composite of poly-ot-olefin ( PAO), new polyol ester and rapeseed oil is determined as the base oil, which is biodegradable and nontoxic. The physical and chemical characteristics of oil are tested in the laboratory, and it is used in the field test. The results show that the developed oil has good lubrication performance, annealing detergency, plating- out ability and other performances. It can well satisfy the requirements of cold rolling with high speed and large reduction for magnesium foil.
